This role includes structured training and mentorship to help transition into a full-time Inbound BDR position. Responsibilities Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers Contribute booked meetings toward the BDR organization’s overall quota Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency Shadow experienced BDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation Skills Early in career, motivated to grow within a technology sales environment Highly coachable, curious, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership Strong organizational and communication skills; able to support multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability Recent college graduate or equivalent internship/work experience Benefits Incentive compensation Bonus Restricted stock units Benefits Company Overview F5 is a multi-cloud application services and security company that specializes in application security, performance, and delivery.
