Brand partnership manager

Company Description Flac n Friends is an independent multi-genre music festival presented by BPHF Records. It is hosted and headlined by Hip-Hop Artist “Where’s Flaco”. 10-15 musicians from a variety of genres perform their own original music in what is quickly becoming the #1 Independent Live Music Experience in the nation. We currently have a residency with World Cafe Live, one of Philadelphia’s premier music venues. We have recently expanded to New Jersey and in March will be bringing the show to Baltimore and Atlanta, with plans to expand further. We currently have brand partnerships/sponsorships with Spit Philly Recording Studio and Cypher City and are looking to increase our community involvement by working with other small businesses in the areas we throw shows. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Partnership Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with brand partners, and negotiating collaboration terms. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing partnership strategies, analyzing partnership performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution. Qualifications • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and collaboration • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and brand strategy • Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior • Proficiency in project coordination, communication, and multitasking • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required • Previous experience in brand partnerships or a related field is highly beneficial Apply tot his job
