Behavioral Technician​/RBT

Overview Behavioral Technician/RBT at Flywheel Centers. Location: Jersey City, NJ. Pay: $24-$32/hour. Setting: In Home, with opportunities to work at home, in school, or center-based settings as assigned. Responsibilities • Carry out the treatment plan that has been outlined by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Provide ABA therapy to manage and improve behaviors that interfere with daily life. • Spend the day working with children with autism in home, school, or center-based environments. Qualifications • High school diploma. Must be at least 18 years of age. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle. • ABA experience preferred. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus; candidates should be well-organized, flexible, patient, and possess a growth mindset.
