Automotive Technician- CDL REQUIRED

Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a new challenge? Do you have a CDL and a passion for working on a variety of vehicles? Look no further than UPS! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician at UPS, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of delivery trucks, vans, and tractor-trailers. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a valid CDL, we want to hear from you. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on UPS delivery trucks, vans, and tractor-trailers. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe and road-worthy. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues. Follow safety protocols and procedures while working on vehicles. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technology and advancements in the automotive industry. Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other team members. Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians. Operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Comply with all state and federal regulations, including possessing and maintaining a valid CDL. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
