We Offer: • Pay range $55,000 - $100,000 • Health, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid vacation and holidays • Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities – BDC Representative: • Respond to phone and internet inquiries promptly and professionally • Schedule appointments that lead to showroom visits and sales opportunities • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through • Track communications and updates using CRM tools • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals Qualifications – BDC Representative: • Prior experience in BDC, call center, or customer-facing roles is required • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills • Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus • Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required • Please upload your resume.
