Associate Product AnalystYour RoleWe’re looking for an Associate Product Analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on hybrid role where you’ll work with product leaders, engineers, and customer-facing teams to help shape the future of our platform. You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights, supporting product strategy, and helping define how we leverage AI and automation to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions for our customers.What You’ll DoSupport Strategy & RoadmapContribute to defining the product roadmap by identifying opportunities through data and user insights. Analyze usage patterns, customer feedback, and market trends to help prioritize initiatives that align with business goals. Support strategic decisions around AI and automation opportunities. Research & InsightsConduct market research and competitive analysis to support product discovery. Analyze customer and product data to uncover insights that inform product direction. Help define and track key metrics that measure product performance. Data Analysis & ReportingUse SQL to extract and analyze product data. Build simple dashboards and reports that give the team visibility into product usage and impact. Present findings in a clear, actionable way to product managers and other stakeholders. Requirements & DocumentationDraft user stories, use cases, and business requirements informed by both data and qualitative research. Support design and development with clear, structured requirements. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product initiatives with customer needs. Translate data insights into recommendations that support cross-team decision-making. Go-to-Market (GTM) SupportContribute to product launch planning and execution. Support internal enablement, demos, and product documentation. Post-Launch AnalysisMonitor adoption and performance metrics after launches. Collect customer feedback and data to help optimize TrackStreet products over time. Execution & DeliveryParticipate in backlog grooming, feature testing, and acceptance reviews against criteria. Support defect tracking and resolution with a focus on improving customer workflows. What We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in product, data analytics, business analysis, or related fields (internships count). Skills & QualitiesProficiency with SQL and a strong interest in working with data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams. Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in SaaS products. Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn while growing into a product-focused role. Bonus PointsFamiliarity with data analysis Understanding of SaaS products and product analytics frameworks. Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows.
