Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with 0-3 years of civil litigation experience to join their Orange County, CA office. This role offers new attorneys the opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters while receiving training in commercial litigation. Responsibilities Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team Skills 0-3 years of litigation experience including, premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance and/or general construction litigation Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
