Appointment Setter/Lead Generation Specialist

About Us BigFuture is a U.S.-based recruiting and leadership consulting firm that helps business owners build strong management teams through our Recruitment + Alignment System. We are growing and looking for an experienced, high-performing B2B Appointment Setter who knows how to identify, engage, and convert decision-makers into booked discovery calls. This is not a data entry or copy-paste outreach job. We need a strategic communicator who deeply understands B2B outreach, targeting, personalization, and performance optimization. Role Overview You will be responsible for researching prospects, running daily LinkedIn + email outreach, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls directly on the executive’s calendar. You must already have experience booking qualified sales calls for U.S.-based companies. Core Responsibilities Prospect Research & Targeting Build segmented lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc. Identify business owners, CEOs, founders, and HR decision-makers across industries. Outreach & Engagement Run daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and occasionally phone. Personalize first-touch messages (no copy/paste or mass-spam). Send 60–100 quality messages per day with proper tracking. Appointment Setting Book qualified sales calls directly into Calendly or HubSpot. Qualify leads (decision-maker, need, urgency, budget readiness). Follow up with non-responsive leads (minimum 3-step cadence). CRM & Reporting Update CRM daily (HubSpot, Monday, Pabbly Connect). Report KPIs: messages sent, replies, calls booked, show rates. Suggest improvements to messaging, targeting, and deliverability. Manage domain health, inbox safety, and outreach performance. Non-Negotiable: Required Skills & Experience Please apply only if you meet ALL the requirements below. 5+ years in B2B appointment setting or lead generation (U.S./UK market strongly preferred). Proven ability to book 15+ qualified sales calls per month independently. Excellent written English — native-level tone required. Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM systems. Deep understanding of A/B testing, follow-up cadences, and conversation hooks. Able to work U.S. EST hours (minimum 4 hours overlap). Highly tech-savvy with: Google Sheets, Loom, Slack, Calendly, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Monday.com. What We’re Looking For Someone who understands strategy, not just sending messages. Someone who can own the entire outreach workflow from targeting to booking.
