Analyst - Pricing

American Express is a company built on a long history of innovation and leadership, and they are seeking an Analyst for their Global Merchant & Network Pricing team. The role focuses on developing pricing proposals and actionable insights to support Merchant Acceptance growth, while managing end-to-end processes and collaborating with various teams to drive merchant revenue and profit growth. Responsibilities Build clear, data-driven pricing proposals and recommend rate structures for Merchant Acquisition initiatives, leveraging internal and external data, competitive intelligence, and industry research to inform pricing strategies and maintain pricing integrity Process Intro Funds requests end‑to‑end: validate eligibility, prepare decision memos/term sheets, obtain required approvals, and ensure documentation aligns to the published Pricing Policy, SOP and governance standards Own the Exception Pricing workflow when pricing updates stem from Industry Code changes or control remediation.
