The co-op/intern role offers an opportunity to support IT service management, assist with technology deployments, and engage in various aspects of the software development lifecycle while working closely with technology projects and teams. Responsibilities Provide IT service management and support to Deloitte’s employees Assist with technology deployments Support client-facing sessions and document processes Develop troubleshooting and organizational skills Be involved in any aspect of the software development lifecycle or proof of concepts Analyze project data for compliance Support project managers with financial tracking and cost control reporting Oversee RAID logs for effective risk and change management communication Maintain documentation for compliance purposes Administer the ServiceNow 'Projects' module Collaborate on Power BI data models Assist with a variety of operational activities including datacenters, servers, applications, databases, operating systems, networks and meeting room audio/video technologies Monitor system performance Support incident and problem management processes Contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives Work with Portfolio Managers to develop business cases Prioritize demands and ensure that projects are set up correctly Skills Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program such as computer science, engineering, business/commerce, or communications Strong customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team-player attitude with motivated, innovative, perceptive, adaptable, action-oriented, leadership capabilities Microsoft office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and unified communications Basic English skills to meet clients' needs Benefits $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits $1,300 flexible benefit spending account Firm-wide closures known as "Deloitte Days" Dedicated days of for learning (known as Development and Innovation Days) Flexible work arrangements Hybrid work structure Company Overview Deloitte is a business consulting company that offers audit, consulting, financial advisory, and tax services.
