Analyst, Deal Management

The Analyst in Deal Management will assist the team with contractual sales management support, including preparing availability reports and managing product sales. Responsibilities Prepare availability reports Clear product for sale Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested Ad hoc projects and requests as required Skills Bachelor's Degree 1 year of related experience working in television contract or sales administration capacity Relevant work experience in television or a related media Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales Strong Microsoft office and software application skills Time management, planning and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Must be extremely detail oriented Must be a team player Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) plan Life insurance coverage Disability benefits Tuition assistance program PTO Company Overview Paramount is a leading media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
