Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant – Product Research, Sourcing, Listing & PPC (Full Support Role)
Description: We are a U.S.-based team launching a private label brand on Amazon and are looking for a skilled and dependable Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to support us through the entire launch process for 1–2 products. This is a long-term role for someone who can manage end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision and provide clear updates weekly. Responsibilities include: Product research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa Supplier sourcing from Alibaba or IndiaMART Creating optimized Amazon listings (SEO, title, bullet points, descriptions) Managing Seller Central setup and listings Coordinating with freelancers or creating basic graphics using Canva Setting up and managing Amazon PPC ads (sponsored campaigns) Weekly reporting via Google Sheets and status updates through this platform You should be experienced with: Amazon Seller Central Jungle Scout / Helium 10 / Keepa Amazon advertising (basic to intermediate level) Canva or other basic graphic tools (optional bonus) Google Sheets and task tracking tools We’re offering: Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 INR depending on experience Performance Reward: After the product reaches breakeven, we offer a performance-based bonus of 5% of monthly net profit, capped at $250 per month. This means the bonus will only apply if monthly net profit exceeds $1,000, and the total bonus payout will not exceed $250 in any month — regardless of total profit.
