Project: Airbnb Host Email Research – Brighton and Hove I’m looking for help identifying Airbnb hosts in Brighton, and Hove (Sussex UK) and finding their email addresses for personalised outreach. What I need (initial task) Before starting, please send me a short proposal explaining: How you will find host emails What tools you will use How you will verify email accuracy How the results will be delivered Host criteria Please only include hosts that: Have less than 50 reviews Have well-presented homes Are individual hosts, not agencies or business operators Deliverables For each host, provide: Airbnb listing link Host name Email address Area (Brighton neighbourhood if possible) 1–2 sentences on why they’re a good fit Delivery in a simple Google Sheets Notes Emails must be found ethically (no scraping Airbnb) Emails should be verified where possible I will send the outreach emails myself Future work If this goes well, I may expand this to East Sussex and West Sussex.
