As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern on the AI Software & Platform team, you will support the quality and reliability of Generative AI products while gaining hands-on experience in testing AI-driven systems. Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans and automation scripts for complex AI-driven features and systems, contributing to comprehensive validation and quality assurance Help build, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks for AI pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces, increasing testing efficiency and coverage Identify, document, and report software bugs and quality issues, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product specialists to resolve problems and improve product reliability Participate in projects that enhance customer perception of quality by offering new points of view, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding high standards Learn and apply industry-standard QA tools, testing methodologies, and protocols, while receiving mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world AI projects to prepare for a future career in technology and quality assurance Skills Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with 2 years of relevant experience, or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with 0 years of relevant experience.
