Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer specializing in Healthcare and Clinical Documentation. The AI Engineer will develop and maintain advanced algorithms for speech recognition, and work with LLM, neural networks and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. The role involves software development and implementation of innovative AI solutions to improve healthcare documentation processes. Daily tasks include coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical documentation efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications • Strong skills in Speech Recognition and Neural Networks • Strong skills working with various LLMs • Training LLMs on custom datasets especially in medical field • AI technical skills in document creation, summarization • Deploying LLMs in high-performance environments • Strong skills in API development • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies • Skilled researcher wtith a passion to learn and innovate • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus • Master's or Research degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field Apply tot his job
