Role Overview. We’re hiring an Acquisitions & Brokerage Virtual Assistant (Business & Real Estate) to support the Client Champion team. This role requires a proactive professional who understands acquisitions and brokerage activities, not just administrative tasks. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, research, analysis, outreach, coordination, managing buyer and seller leads, handling contracts and agreements, and following up across multiple acquisition and brokerage opportunities. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in acquisitions and brokerage workflows. Key Responsibilities. • Support business and real estate acquisitions and brokerage efforts end-to-end. • Research potential deal opportunities. • Assist with deal analysis, due diligence, and documentation. • Coordinate communication with brokers, sellers, attorneys, and partners. • Track acquisition pipelines and deal stages. • Organize financials, documents, and data rooms. • Follow up on leads, conversations, and deal milestones. • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities in deals. Required Experience. • Proven experience in real estate or business acquisitions and brokerage. • Strong understanding of acquisition and brokerage workflows and terminology. • High-level organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. • Experience supporting founders or executives. Nice to Have. • Experience with real estate or private equity, M&A, or investment firms. • Financial modeling or deal underwriting experience. • Experience with CRMs or deal-tracking systems.
