Account Executive

Seated is the first dynamic pricing platform for restaurants, helping to fill empty seats while providing consumers with rewards and unique experiences. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle to acquire new restaurant partners, focusing on outbound prospecting and closing new business in a high-velocity SMB sales environment. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new outbound opportunities with restaurants across the US Own the sales process from first outreach through close Run product demos and lead objection handling conversations Operate in a short sales cycle environment, typically under 30 days Manage post demo pipeline with urgency and discipline to drive decisions Execute high volume outbound activity including cold calling, email, and other outreach channels, with expectations of 50+ plus dials and 30+ plus emails per day Generate and run a high volume of meetings Partner with Sales Operations and Restaurant Experience to ensure smooth handoff and partner success Provide feedback to improve sales strategy, tooling, and process Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue goals Skills 1 to 3 years of full cycle sales experience in a high volume, transactional SMB environment Experience closing deals in short sales cycles Demonstrated success in outbound heavy roles with clear activity expectations Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce Experience with one call close selling motions A passion for restaurants or a restaurant background Spanish fluency Benefits 401k with company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage FSA, dependent care, and commuter benefits Paid parental leave and unlimited PTO TeleDoc, One Medical, Talkspace, and WellHub access Citi Bike membership $100 monthly Seated dining credit Company Overview Earn rewards for Reservations, Takeout & Delivery It was founded in 2017, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
