Account Executive

Talentpluto is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company building AI-driven solutions that are transforming the commercial real estate industry. They are seeking two Account Executives to join their growing sales team in New York, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and selling directly to commercial real estate brokers. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close Conduct consultative discovery calls, demos, and ROI-based selling to commercial real estate brokers Meet and exceed individual quota ($600K annually) Work closely with SDRs and marketing to convert provided pipeline while also self-sourcing as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing to refine messaging and address customer feedback Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM Skills 1-3 years of SaaS closing experience (BDR-to-AE promotion or early AE background strongly considered) Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; able to run thoughtful, solution-oriented conversations Track record of consistent quota attainment (team is currently at 100% attainment) Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high accountability Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills Based in or willing to relocate to New York City; ability to work in-office 4 days per week Company Overview talentpluto is the AI-native platform connecting elite GTM professionals with high-growth startups.
