Step into the ever-changing world of medical and benefits plans and let our client guide you every step of the way! Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll serve as a liaison, responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times are a must. This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire! Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly. • Navigate multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources. • Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and actions. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Pay Rate: $16.29/hr (increases to $18.22/hr upon hire!)
